Chaplin's Highway & Public Works Department is dedicated to maintaining Chaplin's Town infrastructure by resurfacing streets, safeguarding park facilities & restore public architecture. In addition this department is committed to ensuring public safety by handling weather related emergencies including snow, ice, floods & other disasters.
